King von Kitzbuhel is the sweetest 1-2 year old German Shepherd. King is a survivor with a very dramatic rescue story, one who really took a village to save. He's recovering well from elbow surgery, (doesn't let it faze him) but otherwise survived the ordeal unscathed. He is so bright and eager to embrace life and enjoy every minute. He loves everyone he meets and will happily climb in your lap. His activity is still limited, so he got to go on some errands with staff. He visited a pet store, met new people, checked out some fish, and got to pick out a special treat. Because he radiates joy, everyone wanted to meet him. Soon, he will grace some lucky family. He walks by other dogs with no issues and greets them nicely; once healed enough, he will be able to join in playgroups. We would love a foster or forever home for our special boy. Someday he might tell you his whole story!
